Overview:
Join our sales team as a Technical Sales Support Engineer, driving innovative ductwork and control-device solutions in the healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical sectors. You'll combine technical expertise with customer engagement to deliver impactful solutions and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and advice on ductwork, HVAC systems, and control-device solutions.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend optimal system configurations.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to influence and educate stakeholders.
- Support sales strategy, business development, and client relationship management.
- Collaborate with engineering, project, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide feedback for product development.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in technical sales, ideally in HVAC, ductwork, or related solutions.
- Knowledge of airflow dynamics, HVAC system design, and integration with BMS.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office willing to travel as needed.
