Job Description

We are looking for a driven Sales Specialist to support our expansion in the semiconductor equipment and advanced manufacturing sectors. This role suits individuals who enjoy a combination of technical sales, customer engagement, and marketing-driven brand building.

Role Overview

You will lead business development efforts, strengthen relationships with customers across wafer fab and assembly/test operations, and work closely with technical teams to deliver solutions that meet evolving customer needs. In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will also support marketing initiatives that help increase our visibility and market reach.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate equipment or process solutions
  • Manage the full sales cyclefrom lead identification and technical discussions to negotiations and closing
  • Collaborate with engineering, service, and product teams for successful project implementation
  • Track industry trends, customer roadmaps, and competitive activities
  • Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and strategic account plans
  • Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and industry networking events
  • Support preparation of marketing materials such as brochures, technical slides, and digital content
  • Coordinate product demonstrations, sample evaluations, and customer testing programs
  • Compile customer success stories and assist in developing case studies
  • Contribute to online/offline marketing activities, including social media and newsletters
  • Develop new sales opportunities across front-end and back-end semiconductor processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, end users, and channel partners

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, Physics, or relevant discipline)
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in semiconductor equipment or related process technology sales
  • Strong understanding of wafer fab or assembly/test manufacturing workflows
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and growing strategic accounts
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable to a fast-paced business environment
  • Willing to travel regionally as required
  • Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and partners
  • Experience working in a semiconductor company is a strong advantage
