At Palsgaard, we combine innovation with responsibility to deliver high-performance emulsifier and stabilizer solutions to industries worldwide. We are now looking for a driven and commercially strong Technical Sales Manager to join our global Bio-Speciality-Additives (BSA) sales team and drive growth across Southeast Asia and Oceania.

You will report directly to the Business Unit Director of BSA, Kenneth Heng, and play a key role in executing our regional sales growth strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive execution of the sales growth strategy across the assigned territory
  • Manage sales activities through a balanced 50/50 approach:

Distribution management

Direct account management

  • Own and drive the entire sales process from opportunity identification to closed deal using CRM tools:

Find, grow, and win new opportunities

Negotiate contracts in accordance with company policies to maximize customer and company value

  • Provide input to sales forecasts and validate larger account projections
  • Ensure strong post-sales administration discipline:

Visit reporting

Pipeline updates

Accurate CRM management

  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales process
  • Identify and suggest new product or application development opportunities based on customer insights

Your Profile and Professional Experience:

  • 57 years of technical sales experience within industrial applications
  • Preferably experience within polymer or related industries
  • Self-starter mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Strong commercial drive with the ability to work independently

You are a commercially driven relationship builder who thrives on creating value for customers and winning new business. You combine strong technical understanding with a strategic sales mindset and are confident managing the full sales cycle from opportunity to contract negotiation.

You work independently and proactively, while collaborating effectively across functions and cultures. Structured and disciplined in your CRM and sales processes, you ensure consistent follow-up and forecasting accuracy.

Adaptable and solution-oriented, you respond positively to change and continuously look for smarter ways of working. You represent Palsgaard with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused approach in every interaction.
