Job Description

We are working with a well-established global technology company with a strong heritage in engineering and instrumentation. Operating across multiple continents, the business serves a broad range of industries including semiconductor, telecommunications, aerospace, defence, and research institutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow revenue within your assigned territory through strategic account planning and new business development
  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, research institutions, universities, and commercial enterprises
  • Formulate and execute territory sales plans aligned to company growth targets
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in emerging technology segments
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to support new solution launches
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management to drive selling efficiency

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of technical sales or applications experience within an engineering or instrumentation-related environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a sales territory independently, with a results-driven approach
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy and able to perform effectively under pressure
  • Candidates currently in applications or field engineering roles who are looking to transition into sales are encouraged to apply
