Technical Sales Manager
Reports to: Patrick Sze (GM)
Reason for need: New hire due to growth
Summary
- Will involve identifying opportunities for Bioquell portfolio - need a BD / hunter background
- Regional role for APAC including whole of APAC including Japan, China & India and will be the teams subject matter expert for the product
Requirements
- degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical science, or other life science area - preferred
- Because Bioquell's products are very unique, candidates can come from pharma manufacturer or pharma distributor backgrounds, or cleaning / disinfectant companies providing they have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks
- Ideally have regional experience at least across some countries if not all APAC
- Ideally have experience managing distributors
Interview Process
- 1st stage - HR (teams),
- 2nd stage - Patrick (f2f in SG), 3rd stage with Head of APAC - Jenny Tang (f2f in SG)
- Possibly 4th stage but unlikely - tried to streamline but they all travel so much they cannot find matching times

Salary
- Basic: S$ 8,000-10,000 x 13months
- Hp allowance: S$ 150
- Transport Allw: S$1,100 (own a vehicle)
- SIP: 30% of ABS
Approved to hire They have divisional approval granted and just need to open the job req internally
