Job Description

We are hiring a Technical Sales Executive to drive the introduction and growth of our Smart Building DX solutions (launched in 2023) and related robotics/AI offerings in Singapore and APAC markets.
Reporting to the Technical Team Leader, you will act as a key bridge between technical innovation and customer needs-conducting site assessments, delivering product demonstrations, translating complex features into tangible business value such as cost reduction, improved efficiency, and enhanced user satisfaction, and closing deals in a consultative sales environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with 1-3+ years of sales experience who is passionate about technology, automation, and solving real-world business challenges in facility management and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full sales cycles for our Smart Building DX and robotics solutions, from lead generation and opportunity qualification to proposal, demonstration, negotiation, and closure.
  • Conduct on-site customer visits to analyse operations, identify pain points, and validate how our robotic, AI, IoT, and sensor-based solutions deliver measurable ROI.
  • Perform product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical presentations to showcase value to facility managers, building owners, and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical teams, partners, and stakeholders to customize solutions and support product/service development.
  • Execute demand-generation activities to build pipeline in assigned markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and internal teams to achieve individual and company goals.
  • Stay current on robotics, AI, IoT trends, and industry verticals to position our offerings as forward-thinking solutions.
  • Work as a team to meet company overall sales and profit targets.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • At least 1-3 years of B2B sales experience (technical sales, solution sales, or related field preferred).
  • Experience in facility management, building services, or selling technology/automation solutions to FM, building owners, or building service providers is highly advantageous.
  • Strong technical curiosity and ability to quickly learn robotics, AI, IoT, sensors, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (both written and spoken) ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, self-motivated mindset with a hands-on, go-getter approach and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker with optimism, empathy, and a genuine passion for automation's impact on business and society.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, innovative tech environment while collaborating effectively in a team.
  • Willingness to travel regionally (APAC) as needed.
