Job Summary

Saint-Gobain Singapore seeks a dynamic Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive sales growth for building materials and project solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, referrals, and market research to expand the customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions to meet their needs effectively
• Follow up on sales leads and negotiate contract terms to achieve or exceed sales targets
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to refine and adapt sales strategies
• Deliver excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Handle customer feedback professionally to resolve issues and improve service quality
• Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to customer needs to facilitate contract closure
• Conduct product demonstrations at customer sites to showcase product features and benefits

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (preferred)
