Technical Sales Executive / Manager | 5 days

• Working Days: 5 days'work week , 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Office Location: Sungei Kadut
• Salary : $6000- $7000 (Manager) , $3500- $4500 (Executive)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technical sales and business development strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and growth targets.
• Identify and develop new customers, projects, applications, markets, and business opportunities within Singapore.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, applicators, distributors, and key decision-makers.
• Provide technical solutions through product demonstrations, trials, specifications, troubleshooting, and value-based recommendations.
• Manage key accounts, projects, distributors, and sales channels to maximise customer retention, business opportunities, and market share.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements to identify opportunities and support business strategies.
• Work closely with Marketing, Technical, Operations, Finance, Quality, R&D, and Service teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team through training, field coaching, target setting, pipeline management, and performance reviews.
• Promote a culture of customer focus, accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and integrity.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Building Materials, Business, or a related
• Relevant experience in technical sales, construction chemicals, flooring systems, building materials, or related industries.
