Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive to develop new business and drive sales growth for Flooring Systems in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customers, projects and business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, applicators and distributors.
Promote flooring systems and provide technical solutions and product recommendations to customers.
Conduct product demonstrations, trials and technical presentations when required.
Follow up on projects, quotations and sales opportunities.
Manage and develop existing customer accounts.
Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements.
Work closely with internal teams to support customers and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Construction, Building Materials, Business or related discipline.
Relevant flooring industry experience is required.
Experience in technical sales, project sales or business development.
Good understanding of the construction industry.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, sales-driven and comfortable developing new business.
Able to work independently and manage customer accounts effectively.
Candidates who own a car would be preferred.
