Job Description & Requirements
- Reporting to Senior Business Development Manager.
- Achieve or exceed target set for sales revenue, gross profit margin & account receivable.
- Evaluate customer research/demand/satisfaction, market conditions, competitor data, pricing strategies & implementation of sales & marketing plan.
- Establish unique value proposition of company's products & services.
- Develop & nurture strong relationships & networks with top-tier customers & suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts with customers & suppliers to establish long-term commitment and partnership.
- Participate in the forecasting of company yearly sales budgeting process.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or relevant.
- Minimum of 23 years of Sales experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services or equivalent.
- Minimum of 45 years can be consider for a senior position.
- Good knowledge of EMS electronic market & competitors will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of IPC-6012, IPC-600, IPC-610 will be an added advantage.
