Technical Sales Engineer
Consultative selling of technical solutions to customers to drive revenue growth and developing long-term customer partnership.
The Role:
- Provide technical consultation and solution selling
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts and market segments
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal submission and contract closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Understand customer operational requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions
- Work closely with internal technical and service teams to deliver integrated solutions
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in relevant Engineering discipline
- Fresh graduates with Degree holders are welcome
- Minimum 25 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in laboratory analytical instruments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
