We're looking for driven, curious, and people-oriented individuals to join our Technical Sales team where innovation meets opportunity. In this role, you won't just sell products; you build lasting client relationships, and be at the forefront of cutting-edge solutions.

Technical Sales Engineer

Consultative selling of technical solutions to customers to drive revenue growth and developing long-term customer partnership.

The Role:

  • Provide technical consultation and solution selling
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts and market segments
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal submission and contract closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Understand customer operational requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions
  • Work closely with internal technical and service teams to deliver integrated solutions

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in relevant Engineering discipline
  • Fresh graduates with Degree holders are welcome
  • Minimum 25 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in laboratory analytical instruments
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
