TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER

Duties:

. To be customer's main point of contact with regards to enquiries, new orders, complaints, etc

. Processing of order entry and attending to customer's requirements

. Coordinate job schedule

. Input sales data / sales order into ERP System

. Communicate with customers regarding order status & delivery status

. Manage a portfolio of customer accounts

. Ensure On-Time-Delivery of parts to customers are met

. Prepare quotation

. Other duties assigned

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Precision Engineering or any other related fields of study

- Strong communication skills

- Meticulous and Detailed Oriented
