Job Summary
Technical Sales Engineer is responsible for achieving sales targets by managing client quotations, contracts, and documentation while driving business development and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and rental quotes to clients accurately and promptly to support contract finalization
- Organize and update contracts and quotations according to client RFQs to maintain accurate records on system
- Ensure all necessary project documentation is provided to clients before project commencement to facilitate smooth operations
- Acquire and apply foundational knowledge of the use, service, and maintenance of the company's rental equipment to support client interactions
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers to drive revenue growth
- Arrange and conduct multiple client meetings annually, preparing detailed reports for the Commercial Manager to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with suppliers to coordinate cross hires and purchases, ensuring contract compliance and timely delivery
- Actively participate in and implement the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies in daily work to maintain a safe workplace
