We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Engineer / Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will work with engineers, contractors, and industrial clients to provide automation and industrial safety solutions.
You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable technical products, and building long-term client relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, client interaction, and business development.
. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
. Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions
. Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and support project discussions
. Conduct product presentations and site visits when required
. Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to support customer needs
. Track sales opportunities and maintain proper documentation
. Identify potential business opportunities and contribute to sales growth
. Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field
. Candidates with experience in industrial sales, automation, sensors, or safety systems are preferred
. Fresh graduates with strong interest in technical sales are welcome to apply
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
. Comfortable interacting with engineers and technical personnel
. Self-motivated and results-driven
. Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits
. Training on industrial automation and safety products
. Exposure to clients across manufacturing, engineering, and system integration industries
. Supportive working environment with hands-on learning

Salary: $3,000 - $5,000 (depending on experience)
