Job Description
- Process end-to-end sales and purchases transactions using in-house software (Archangel) for mechanical or engine-related repair jobs and supply of marine products and services to vessels.
- Submit cost-effective quotations promptly to customers and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors
- Coordinate with Production team for manpower utilization, logistics, variations and entry requirements
- Finalize order summary and close the sales transaction for invoicing
- Perform other jobs as maybe assigned
Qualifications Required
- At least 3 years of indoor sales or commercial experience in the marine shipyard or shipping sector
- Holds a diploma/degree in mechanical or electrical engineering studies
- Proficient in sales and purchase processes using a software and able to work independently
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet customer requirements
- With sense of urgency and good inter-personal skills
- Immediately available candidates preferred
