Technical Sales Engineer (ACMV / HVAC – Valves & Flow Control)

We are seeking a driven and technically competent Technical Sales Engineer to support our growing HVAC/ACMV business. This role focuses on delivering valve and flow control solutions, including control valves, actuators, balancing valves, and isolation valves, across commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and building owners

Review and interpret technical specifications and tender documents to propose compliant HVAC valve solutions

Analyze drawings and project requirements to recommend suitable products

Prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with project specifications

Provide technical support on product selection, including control valves, actuators, balancing valves, and isolation valves

Conduct product presentations and support client meetings

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery

Monitor project pipelines and contribute to achieving sales targets

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field

3-5 years of relevant experience in HVAC/ACMV, preferably in technical sales or application engineering

Good understanding of HVAC systems and hydronic flow control

Knowledge of control valves, actuators, balancing valves, and isolation valves

Ability to understand technical specifications and review tender requirements is essential

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (e.g., schematics, P&IDs)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach

Possession of a personal vehicle is an advantage

Knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems) is an advantage

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
