Responsibilities:
Reporting to Sales Director
- Perform risk assessment on site.
- Provide technical advice/expertise & prepare quotations according to the needs on site for approval.
- Negotiate and finalize quotation details with clients.
- Co-ordinate and work closely with relevant department to ensure the smooth of project through hand over.
- Manage and control the materials costs and manpower costs for all the project.
- Attend client's enquiry including after sales-services
- Prepare required documents to facilitate the billing progress.
- Follow up Clients payment closely and minimize bad debt
- Faster and deepen relationship with assigned clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Sales experience will be an advantage roles preferably in Construction / Waterproofing industry or proven experience in relevant role.
- Well-groomed individual with outgoing personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and hard-working.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin
