Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, business development, negotiation, deal closure, and post-sales support.
Provide pre- and post-sales supportand updates on new products or solutions.
Proactively pursue new projects/sales within existing client accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address client feedback, technical inquiries, and ensure solutions meet their requirements and expectations.
Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
Prepare reports on leads, opportunities, sales activities, and pipelines.
Ensure responsive follow-up and clear communication with clients.
Handle service-related issues, delays, and escalations professionally.
Maintain organized documentation of client interactions and services provided.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in technical/engineering sales, preferably in Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or Petrochemical industries.
Solid technical sales background is required (with valve/actuator experience will be a plus).
