Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Sales Coordinator to assist with quotation preparation, customer inquiries, and coordination between internal teams and customers.

• Support sales operations and contributes to smooth communication and service delivery across departments
• Prepare and manage quotations and proposals in response to customer requests
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, customer service, logistics, technical) to ensure timely order processing and fulfilment
• Respond to customer queries via email, phone, or online channels, ensuring a high level of service
• Track ongoing projects and maintain organised sales documentation
• Build basic product and market knowledge to support the sales process.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
