Job Description

Our client, an established financial services organization is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles, driving efficiency and quality in recruitment processes.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage requisitions independently, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers and pre-boarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, selection criteria, and candidate profiles.
  • Craft job postings, communicate effectively, and represent the company to attract top talent.
  • Track metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend tools or assessments to enhance hiring speed and quality.
  • Provide salary benchmarks, market trends, and workforce planning support.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in technical recruiting preferably within an in-house environment
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with technical stacks, cloud platforms, and ATS/CRM tools.
  • Skilled in Excel for data analysis and reporting
