Job Description-

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support contingent workforce hiring across the Philippines. This role will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring temporary and contract talent while partnering closely with hiring managers, suppliers, and workforce programme stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-touch recruitment experience, proactively building talent pipelines and helping the business secure quality contingent workers in a highly competitive labour market.

Key Responsibilities

Contingent Workforce Recruitment

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for contingent worker positions.
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, timelines, and business priorities.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract contract and temporary talent across multiple functions.
  • Screen and assess candidates against role requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate offer discussions and extensions.
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.

Strategic Sourcing

  • Build and maintain active talent pools for recurring contingent workforce needs.
  • Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent communities, and networking channels.
  • Develop market intelligence on talent availability, compensation expectations, and hiring trends.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring outcomes.
  • Provide regular recruitment status updates and hiring insights.
  • Advise stakeholders on market conditions and candidate availability.
  • Support workforce planning discussions and hiring forecasts.

Vendor Management

  • Work collaboratively with staffing suppliers and payroll providers.
  • Monitor supplier performance and hiring outcomes.

Candidate Experience & Retention Support

  • Ensure candidates receive a positive recruitment experience.
  • Help mitigate offer declines and post-offer attrition through engagement and relationship management.
  • Support successful onboarding and transition into assignments.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and hiring metrics.
  • Track pipeline activity, ageing requisitions, source effectiveness, and fulfilment rates.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience in the Philippines market.
  • Experience recruiting contingent workers, contractors, agency workers, or temporary employees.
  • Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and candidate attraction.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working within a contingent workforce, MSP, RPO, or vendor management environment.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning and talent analytics.
  • Vendor management.
  • Recruitment reporting and analytics.
  • Communication and influencing skills.
  • Organizational and project management skills.
