Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Technical Recruiter (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the BPO industry. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top technical talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews in Mandarin and English.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment reports and ensure all hiring activities meet timelines.
- Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Technical Recruitment.
- Experience hiring for BPO or IT-related technical roles is preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
