Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on and independent Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring in Singapore. This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across all functions and levels, and will play a key role in supporting business expansion.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and experienced in supporting hiring within a manufacturing environment, including factory-related roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across all functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategy
• Support hiring across both corporate and factory/operations role
• Drive high-volume hiring initiatives as needed, particularly for manufacturing-related position
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and ongoing hiring need
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies to support hiring and ensure candidate quality
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Track recruitment progress and provide regular hiring updates and report
• Support job postings and employer branding activities across various platform
• Ensure compliance with Singapore hiring regulations and internal policies

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, covering a wide range of roles
• Prior experience supporting a manufacturing or factory environment is highly preferred
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring priorities
• Experience working with external recruitment agencies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required to support regional stakeholder
• Familiarity with Singapore hiring practices is preferred
