Technical Recruiter - 3 to 6 months Temp

Seeking a recruitment professional who understands the technology landscape and has a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across IT, software, engineering, and related disciplines.

This is an ideal opportunity for an independent recruiter, recruitment consultant, or talent acquisition specialist who enjoys fast-paced hiring environments and can quickly build strong candidate pipelines and assess candidates profiles.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and workforce needs
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage
• Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews and provide candidate management throughout the hiring process
• Advise hiring managers on market trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting metrics
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

What We're Looking For

• 2-3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical roles in areas such as:

1. Software Development
2. IT Infrastructure
3. Cloud & DevOps
4. Cybersecurity
5. Data & Analytics
6. Engineering and Technology-related disciplines

• Strong understanding of technical skill sets and technology hiring markets
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver results within agreed timelines
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)

You should have:

• Experience supporting high-growth or scaling technology organizations
• Strong admin operations, coordination and follow-up skills
• End to end recruitment activities
• Agency recruitment and in-house talent acquisition experience or technical hiring manager would be advantageous
