Technical Project manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or related field

• 5-8 years of experience in technical or IT project management

• Strong hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies PMP or Agile certification preferred

• Proven experience managing R&D, platform, or digital product projects

• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills

• Experience working with cross-border or international teams is highly advantageous

Technical & Professional Skills

• Project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Meego, Aeolus, or similar)

• Agile delivery frameworks and iterative development models

• Risk management, dependency tracking, and resource coordination

• Data-driven project tracking and reporting

• SOP creation, process standardisation, and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification

• Experience in Internet, E-commerce, Telecom, or Digital Transformation projects

• Exposure to large-scale, cross-domain, or multi-million-dollar programmes
