Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program & Project Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream IT and cybersecurity programmes from initiation to audit-ready closure.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end delivery across infrastructure, cloud, applications, AI, and security domains, with a strong focus on governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and compliance readiness.

You will act as a strategic enabler, driving accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across technical teams while ensuring delivery is aligned with enterprise security and audit requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical PM / Program Manager delivering complex IT/security programmes.

• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments:

o networks, firewalls, endpoint management, identity/IAM, cloud services (AWS/Azure), logging/SIEM basics

• Proven experience managing multiple workstreams with conflicting priorities and tight timelines.

• Strong governance discipline: RAID, critical path, dependency management, steering committee reporting.

• Excellent stakeholder management: ability to engage senior leaders and technical teams credibly.

Preferred

• Experience with security frameworks or compliance programmes:

o Cyber Trust Mark, ISO 27001/27002, NIST, CSA CCoP, SOC2

• Experience working with Security teams (CIS/SecOps) on audits, pentest remediation, risk acceptance and exception handling.

• Familiarity with AI governance/security topics (data controls for AI tools, Shadow AI, guardrails) is advantageous.

• Experience implementing or tracking programmes using Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.

Define and enforce standard artefacts such as workstream plans, deliverable registers, acceptance criteria, and evidence requirements with measurable definition of done.,

Serve as the single source of truth for programme status, traceability, and delivery progress using Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.

,Engage and align senior stakeholders including CTO, Head of IT, and technology leads, driving consensus and accountability without direct authority.,

Coordinate across Infrastructure, Cloud, Applications, AI, and CIS/SecOps teams to manage cross-functional dependencies and resolve blockers.,

Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues across technical domains including network, endpoint, cloud, IAM, SIEM, and AI governance.

,Prepare and deliver executive-level reports, steering committee packs, and board-ready summaries with outcome-driven KPIs and evidence readiness indicators.,

Ensure compliance with Cyber Trust Mark (CTM), ISO 27001/27002, NIST CSF, CSA CCoP, and SOC2 through audit-readiness initiatives and evidence management.,

Coordinate pentest remediation, risk acceptance, and exception handling processes in collaboration with SecOps and audit teams.,

Drive AI governance workstreams, including Shadow AI detection, data leakage controls, and AI guardrails, in alignment with frontier AI security initiatives.,

Facilitate post-implementation reviews, capture lessons learned, and lead continuous improvement through structured retrospectives.,

Standardize delivery tooling adoption across teams using Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.,

Ensure technical credibility by challenging assumptions, unblocking teams, and maintaining awareness of foundational security enablers such as CMDB, hardening baselines, and telemetry completeness.
