Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or related field
- 10-15 years of experience in technical or IT project management
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies PMP or Agile certification preferred
- Proven experience managing R&D, platform, or digital product projects
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience working with cross-border or international teams is highly advantageous
Technical & Professional Skills
- Project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Meego, Aeolus, or similar)
- Agile delivery frameworks and iterative development models
- Risk management, dependency tracking, and resource coordination
- Data-driven project tracking and reporting
- SOP creation, process standardisation, and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
- Experience in Internet, E-commerce, Telecom, or Digital Transformation projects
- Exposure to large-scale, cross-domain, or multi-million-dollar programmes
