Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our system architecture and cybersecurity projects. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and compliance with the highest standards of cybersecurity.

What You'll Do

  • Requirements & Architecture: Collaborate with business leaders to understand needs, define architecture drivers, and establish both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Technical Documentation & Standards: Develop and review technical design documentation to ensure adherence to company standards and best practices.
  • Feasibility & Scoping: Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed projects and provide accurate scope estimates.
  • Project Lifecycle Oversight: Manage all aspects of the project life cycle for both in-house and external initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met, maintaining effective communication throughout the project.
  • Team Development & Process Improvement: Build and lead a skilled development team, continuously improving development, QA, and operational processes.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, considering both functional and non-functional aspects.
  • Hiring & Mentoring: Actively participate in the hiring process and mentor new team members, promoting understanding of our methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications

Hard Skill

  • 3+ years of experience as a technical project manager in a production system environment.
  • Proven experience in requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and operation.
  • Extensive knowledge of AWS IaaS and PaaS platforms, including AWS Architecture certification or commitment to achieve it.
  • Background in development with Python, Golang, Node/JavaScript, or .Net.
  • Proficient in designing relational databases, NoSQL, and APIs.
  • Familiarity with agile development, version management, CI/CD, and testing tools.

Soft Skill

  • Results-driven with a keen interest in business outcomes.
  • Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
