DBiz is looking for a Project Manager (Technology Delivery) to join the Singapore Team to lead digital transformation initiatives across a variety of clientele projects. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust technology solutions aligned with client business objectives. This position requires a proactive, experienced leader with strong technical knowledge, project management expertise, and stakeholder engagement skills. Project Manager (Technology Delivery)
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end systems analysis and solution design, including requirements gathering, process modelling, and solution architecture for new and existing client systems.
- Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications.
- Oversee system integration efforts, ensuring seamless interoperability between internal and external platforms.
- Manage and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project team members.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive initiatives to enhance reliability, security, and scalability.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, functional specifications, system design documents, and test plans.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and system integrators to ensure deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices; proactively identify opportunities to apply them to client projects.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis, IT project delivery, or a related field, preferably within large enterprise or consulting environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Hands-on experience in application development using technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Angular, SQL, and web/object-oriented programming frameworks.
- Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage users at all levels and facilitate discussions.
- Team player with initiative and a positive, motivating attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CITPM, Scrum Master) are advantageous.
- Experience with digital transformation, cloud platforms, or enterprise architecture.
- Experience working across multiple client projects or consulting engagements.
Good-to-have Skills
- Exposure to modern web technologies (React, Python, .NET).
- Experience with code management and collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
- Experience with rapid application development platforms and content management systems.
