Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager who can drive delivery while collaborating with teams to streamline KRI data, build ETL pipelines, and enhance reporting dashboards.
Mandatory Skill-set
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation, system integration, and data engineering;
- Strong skills in data analysis, data modelling, ETL development, and data validation;
- Must have experience in building and optimizing ETL pipelines on AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, Glue);
- Proficient in designing interactive Power BI dashboards with strong UX principles;
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs (writing, testing, and integrating data);
- Experience extracting data from systems like ServiceNow, Tenable, and SharePoint via APIs;
- Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, Unix Shell, or PowerShell);
- Good understanding of ITIL practices, IT security, and governance standards.
Desired Skill-set
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams;
- Good prioritization skills with ability to meet committed timelines;
- Certifications (Good to have): Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, AWS Certified Data Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Enterprise Management Information Platform projects using SDLC (Agile/Waterfall) within defined timeline, budget, and scope;
- Drive implementation with business users and vendors, ensuring timely delivery;
- Coordinate meetings, technical discussions, and testing activities across teams;
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Infra, App, Security, Ops, PMO, KRI owners) for aligned delivery;
- Gather and validate requirements, data points, and support test execution and validation with users;
- Prepare functional and technical specifications, including design documents, test plans, and readiness checklists;
- Track action items and follow up to ensure timely closure;
- Maintain project documentation (minutes, status reports, issues, sign-offs) and support audit/compliance needs;
- Provide regular progress updates to management and steering committees;
- Good understanding of KRI (Key Risk Indicator) metrics across IT Operations, Security, and related domains.
