Job Title: Technical Project Manager - Data Architecture

Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-performing Technical Project Manager to lead critical data infrastructure initiatives, specifically the UDP (Unified Data Platform) and internal Data & AI projects. The ideal candidate acts as a bridge between complex Data Architecture and Strategic Program Management. This role requires a Builder mindset-someone capable of designing technical workflows (bots/automation) while simultaneously managing high-level stakeholder governance and SteerCo reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Delivery & Architecture:
. Lead the end-to-end delivery of the UDP Uplift project, ensuring alignment with the organization's long-term data strategy.
. Hands-on Development: Design and oversee the build of automation bots to streamline PMO and operational processes.
. Collaborate with engineering teams (onshore and offshore) to resolve architectural blockers and ensure technical feasibility of data solutions.

2. Strategic Project Management:
. SteerCo Management: Own the preparation of executive-level presentations (SteerCo decks) for the CDO and C-suite leadership, ensuring clarity on status, risks, and dependencies.
. Manage complex project timelines, ensuring critical path milestones are met across distributed teams (Singapore, Vietnam, India).
. Act as the primary point of contact for vendor management, procurement, and resource planning.

3. Governance & Operations:
. Establish and enforce data governance frameworks and process documentation.
. Manage project artifacts, including risk logs, financial tracking, and resource utilization reports.
. Translate high-level business requirements into executable technical tasks for the engineering team.

Required Qualifications:

. Experience: 6+ years in Data Architecture, or Technical Project Management.
. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Data Platforms (UDP concepts), experience with Automation/Bot building, and proficiency in Project Management tools.
. Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical data into executive summaries for leadership (SteerCo level).
. Attribute: Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing both Engine Room execution and Front Office strategy.
