Technical Project Executive

Project Delivery

• Oversee project coordination from order confirmation to delivery, ensuring compliance with agreed specifications, schedules and deliverables.

• Monitor project milestones and delivery schedules and take appropriate follow-up actions to maintain project timelines.

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

• Proactively identify project risks, technical issues and delivery constraints and work with relevant parties to resolve them.

Technical & Commercial Support

• Review technical specifications and requirements for valve and actuation products to ensure accuracy and suitability for the project.

• Coordinate technical clarifications and information exchange between customers, suppliers and internal teams.

• Support sourcing and procurement activities by obtaining, reviewing and comparing supplier quotations.

• Assist in supplier negotiations relating to pricing, quality, lead times and other relevant commercial requirements.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare technical documentation, project status reports and other relevant records accurately and within required timelines.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure relevant stakeholders receive timely updates on project progress and outstanding matters.
