Conduct strategic research (market, feasibility, competitive, cost) and synthesize complex information into actionable insights to guide decision making in early phase of projects.
Communicate findings with transparency, clearly stating the confidence level and limitations of the research to ensure planning is grounded in objective reality.
Assist in project coordination, including workflow management, task tracking, test arrangements and maintaining a well-organized knowledge base to ensure seamless execution.
Document and disseminate key information through meeting notes and reports to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
Facilitate requirements discussions and translate specifications in both ENGLISH and MANDARIN with stakeholders in China who communicate solely in MANDARIN.

Proficient (written and spoken) in ENGLISH and CHINESE (Min B3 in GCE O Level CHINESE) or equivalent) to facilitate requirements discussions, translate specifications with MANDARIN-SPEAKING ONLY stakeholders in China.
