- Program Manager role focuses on leading and coordinating large-scale data center and network deployment projects in Singapore, ensuring timely delivery through cross-functional collaboration and strong technical understanding of networking infrastructure.
The Talent
- Strong experience in program or project management, ideally in data center or network environments
- Background in network deployment (as a PM or engineer), with understanding of:Routing protocols (BGP, MPLS, IS-IS, RSVP-TE)Network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, IPv4/IPv6)Data center infrastructure and high-speed optics (10G-400G)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end network deployment projects across data centers, backbone, and edge networks
- Create and track project plans, ensuring milestones are met on time
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams and external partners
- Identify risks, ensure compliance with standards, and resolve issues proactively
- Communicate updates and outcomes clearly to stakeholders
