Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Account Support: Assist in managing MTDC and other Colo customer accounts, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
  • Solution Engineering Assistance: Support technical solution delivery in collaboration with internal engineering teams.
  • Project Coordination: Track project progress, maintain timelines, and escalate issues promptly to ensure milestones are met.
  • Customer Interaction: Act as a secondary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely support and maintaining satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or customer support exposure to IT or telecom industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to build trust and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and tools.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing customer needs and technical environments.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail for tracking progress and preparing reports.
  • Fluent in English capable of cross-cultural communication.
