About Addlly AI

Addlly AI is pioneering the future of search optimization in the age of artificial intelligence. As traditional search engines give way to AI-powered assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok, we're building the infrastructure that helps brands maintain and grow their visibility in this new landscape.

Our Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform analyzes brand mentions across 5+ major LLM providers, provides actionable recommendations, and helps enterprise clients optimize their content for AI-powered search. We work with Fortune 500 companies in healthcare, finance, consumer goods, and other industries to ensure their brands are discovered, recommended, and cited by AI assistants.

The Role

We're seeking a Technical Product Manager who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and real-world business impact. You'll own product features from conception to launch, working at the intersection of AI/ML, data analytics, and user experience to build products that solve complex optimization challenges for enterprise brands.

This role requires someone who can:

  • Think technically - Understand LLM APIs, data pipelines, and system architecture

  • Ship strategically - Prioritize ruthlessly and deliver iteratively

  • Lead cross-functionally - Work seamlessly with engineers, AI researchers, and designers

  • Empathize deeply - Understand both user needs and technical constraints

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Work closely with engineering teams to design scalable, maintainable solutions

  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature prioritization

  • Make technical trade-off decisions between speed, quality, and scope

  • Coordinate feature launches across frontend (React/Next.js), backend (Node.js/AWS Lambda), and AI/ML components

AI/ML Product Management

  • Collaborate with AI engineers to design and improve LLM-powered agents (GEO audit, content rewrite, messaging generation, etc.)

  • Define evaluation metrics and success criteria for AI-generated outputs

  • Manage prompt engineering workflows and version control

  • Balance AI model performance, cost, and latency constraints

  • Stay current with advances in LLM capabilities

Data & Analytics

  • Define key product metrics and build dashboards to track feature adoption and impact

  • Analyze user behavior data to identify friction points and opportunities

  • Run A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses

Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with enterprise clients to understand their GEO challenges and requirements

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing

  • Present product demos, roadmaps, and strategy to stakeholders

  • Gather and synthesize feedback from sales, customer success, and support teams

  • Create product documentation, tutorials, and training materials

Technical Collaboration

  • Work with backend engineers on API design, database schema, and system architecture

  • Partner with frontend engineers on UI/UX design and implementation

  • Coordinate with DevOps on AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring

  • Review code and provide product-focused feedback during pull request reviews

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 1-3 years in product management or related roles (product analyst, technical PM, APM programs)
