We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Technical Pre-Sales Manager to lead solution development and drive sales growth across the Telecommunications, Data Center, Utility, and Industrial sectors. This hybrid role combines both pre-sales engineering and direct sales responsibilities, requiring a strong ability to understand customer requirements, design tailored technical solutions, and convert opportunities into successful deals. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, commercial acumen, and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to C-suite decision-makers. This position plays a critical role in bridging the gap between customer needs and our product offerings, contributing directly to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and strategic expansion across key markets.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
Will be responsible for leading the development and presentation of technical solutions that align with customer requirements across the telecommunications, data center, utility, and industrial sectors. This includes engaging with clients to understand their needs, preparing proposals, technical documentation, and solution designs, and supporting the sales cycle from lead qualification through to deal closure. The role also involves building strong relationships with customers, consultants, and partners, coordinating with internal teams for solution validation and delivery, and managing vendor communications to ensure competitive and technically sound proposals. Additionally, the candidate is expected to stay informed of industry trends and contribute insights to enhance product offerings and business development efforts.
Additional Responsibilities & Tasks:
Will support project handovers by ensuring all technical documentation and solution details are clearly communicated to the delivery teams. The role may involve occasional post-sales technical assistance, such as site meetings or troubleshooting. The candidate is also expected to contribute to training efforts for customers, partners, and internal staff, as well as support marketing initiatives such as technical workshops, webinars, and content development. Working closely with channel partners, the manager will assist in solution development and technical enablement to strengthen partner capabilities. Internally, the candidate will help improve proposal processes, tools, and documentation, and actively participate in strategic discussions around product development, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
