Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Carry out all preventive and corrective maintenance of non-clinical equipment assigned.
- Attend to Work Requests (WR) and carry out the necessary repairs/ rectifications required.
- Consolidate and submitting daily, all duly completed PM checklists and WRs to Engineer for compilation.
- Assist the Engineer/Technical Officer to supervise contractors/ vendors for preventive/ breakdown maintenance of equipment under warranty/ contracted period.
- Take part in testing and commissioning of new facilities and equipment when required.
- Identify and initiate spare parts procurements.
- Perform fabrication work and welding for innovation/improvement works when necessary
- Any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Nitec in Mechanical/ Electrical or equivalent
- Must possess good oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate
- Hard working and able to mult-task
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.
- Certification in Tig/ General welding will be added advantage.
