Technical Officer

Job Description:

. To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work including manpower deployment, materials on-site and work schedules.

. Liaise with sub-contractors on day-to-day operations and technical issues

. Responsible for all trades of works on-sites, including structural, architectural, building, M&E etc

. Ensure good quality of works and manage defects rectifications.

. Ensure work done compliance with design, specifications, safety requirements and related local statutory regulations.

. Check and supervise direct labour / workers

Job Requirements:

. Possess a National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) and at least 2 years of similar capacity relevant working experience in Construction.

. Preferably has Class 3 Singapore Driving Licence

Working hours: 5.5 day. Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm. Sat, 9am to 12pm
