Technical Officer
- Working location: Near Havelock MRT
- Working days & hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
- Salary range: Technical Officer (Up to $3000), Senior Technical Officer (Up to $3500) + Car allowance $750 / Motor Allowance $400 / Company Van $150 (By reimbursement basis) + AWS + VB
Requirements:
- Require hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of at least 1 of the following systems OR in facilities management: CCTV System, Access
- Control System (ACS), Intrusion Detection System (IDS)
- Require min class 3 licence, possession of own car/motorbike is preferred
- Require G50 clearance (Cat2A) for access to military camps for work
- Willing to commit to rotational standby duties for activations outside working hours
Responsibilities:
- Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
- Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
- Mentor a team of service team members.
- Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
- Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients premises.
- Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
- Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.
