[What the role is]
As a Technical Officer (TO), you will support policies and schemes ensuring the smooth operation of workshops, labs, and specialised equipment. You will also play a key role in integrating digitalisation and process automation into training facility & equipment management.
[What you will be working on]
- Maintain and upkeep electrical training facilities, tools and equipment
- Assist with day-to-day school operational matters.
- Facilitate the schools procurement.
- Manage the inventory of department assets, stores, and training materials.
- Support college and school events.
[What we are looking for]
- Minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in asset management, including tracking and retirement processes.
- Competent in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint repository, Power Automate and Power BI)
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in an academic setting.
