- Assisting Technical Superintendent with daily operations of the vessels
- Assisting Technical Superintendent in spares and consumable purchase
- Assist Technical Superintendent in class surveys and inspections
- Assist Technical Superintendent in troubleshooting of machinery
- Assist in arranging and monitoring routine vessel repairs
- Maintain up to date records of all the vessels Certificates, manuals, drawings & instruction books
- Responsible for document control (PMS, requisitions and maintenance requests) from vessels
- Assist in monitoring of works carried out by shipyard / contractors onboard and update relevant parties involved
Skills
- Class 3 driving license is required
- Able to speak Malay / Bahasa is advantageous
- Able to work overtime whenever necessary
