Responsibilities
- Plan and manage turbine and auxiliary system outages, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk assessment
- Coordinate with operations, engineering, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and safe execution of maintenance activities
- Oversee inspection, repair, replacement, and testing of turbine components and auxiliary systems
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the outage
- Monitor outage progress, report status, and implement corrective actions to address delays or technical issues
- Manage budgets, cost control, and documentation related to outage activities
- Lead and mentor technical teams, including contractors and engineers, to maintain high performance and adherence to best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing gas turbine outages and auxiliary systems maintenance
- Strong knowledge of power plant operations, turbine technology, and auxiliary equipment
