Technical Officer

Job Description & Requirements

Carry out construction supervision of construction works as required under the BCA regulations and ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site.

Responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety.

Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing

National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred

Minimum 3 years HDB project Technical Officer experience in precast yard

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and report
