Report to the Facilities or Maintenance Manager regarding site issues.
Monitor Minor Works and A&A projects in progress, ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.
Coordinate closely with Minor Works/A&A project teams and maintenance operations teams.
Liaise with project officers, subcontractors, and in-house workers on the daily progress of work activities, procurement, and operations to ensure timely project completion.
Manage staff deployment for Minor Works/A&A projects and handle necessary administrative tasks.
Conduct routine inspections of premises, facilities, and equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as required.
Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks associated with projects and site operations.
Prepare quotations and costing for Minor Works/A&A projects.
Carry out other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or any other relevant fields.
At least 3 years relevant experience in the facilities management/building maintenance industry
Good communication skills, positive mindset and strong willingness to learn
Hardworking and able to multi-task
Have good documentation practice
Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
