Responsibilities
- Responsible in leading a team of Technicians for all facilities management activities.
- Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works
- Carry out all preventive and breakdown maintenance for M&E, ACMV and General Building Services.
- Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs.
- Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively.
- Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned.
- Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works.
- Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good house keeping.
- Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with safety procedures.
- Any other tasks, as and when required by the immediate superior.
Requirements
- Diploma, ITC or Higher NITEC Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Air-conditioning / Building Services or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years of post-graduation working experience in similar facilities and SIC trained. Hardworking and able to multi-task.
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.
