Job Title: Resident Technical Officer (RTO Civil & Structural / Geotechnical)

Salary: SGD 5,000 5,500 / month

About the Role

We are hiring Resident Technical Officers (RTOs) to supervise major infrastructure and construction projects such as deep excavation, tunneling, and ground improvement works. You will play a key role in ensuring construction activities meet design, quality, and safety standards.

Requirements

Diploma in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering (Polytechnic or equivalent).

5+ years of RTO experience, with at least 3 years in complex projects (deep excavation, tunneling, ground improvement).

Accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee (IES & ACE Singapore).

Valid safety certification WSH Management in Construction Industry (WSHMCI) / SCW / BCSS.

Knowledge of construction codes, documentation, and statutory requirements.

Able to work shifts when required.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills proactive in resolving site issues.
