TECHNICAL OFFICER

(LOCATION : CHANGI VILLAGE)

As part of our Development & Maintenance (D&M) Team in our Changi, you will report to our Operations/Resort Manager.

Job Description:

• Responsible for carry out breakdown repair & troubleshooting on all Facilities of Clubhouse including chalet units.

• Performing electrical and mechanical installation work when necessary.

• Liaise with term contractor to ensure work is properly carried out.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operations of facilities of Clubhouse.

• Source for quotations and prepare work orders.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor / Manager.

Requirements:

• Min NITEC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with min 2 years of relevant working experience

• Need to work on roster including weekends and public holidays

• Good knowledge in electrical trouble-shooting on faults and failures

• Must be willing to learn new technology

• Able to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated

• Able to carry heavy items and able to work in both indoor and outdoor environment
