Responsibilities
- Report to the Facilities or Maintenance Manager regarding site issues.
- Monitor Minor Works and A&A projects in progress, ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.
- Coordinate closely with Minor Works/A&A project teams and maintenance operations teams.
- Liaise with project officers, subcontractors, and in-house workers on the daily progress of work activities, procurement, and operations to ensure timely project completion.
- Manage staff deployment for Minor Works/A&A projects and handle necessary administrative tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises, facilities, and equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as required.
- Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks associated with projects and site operations.
- Prepare quotations and costing for Minor Works/A&A projects.
- Carry out other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or any other relevant fields.
- At least 3 years relevant experience in the facilities management/building maintenance industry
- Good communication skills, positive mindset and strong willingness to learn
- Hardworking and able to multi-task
- Have good documentation practice
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
